Qualifications

• 3+ years in a service department with performance metrics focus.
• Experience with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Own department performance, budgets, and goals aligned with dealership objectives.
• Execute service marketing plans and coordinate customer events, clinics, and field days.
• Oversee warranty and product program claims for timely submission and maximum recovery.
• Schedule, assign, and manage workloads based on technician skills.
