Qualifications

• 3+ years in a service department with performance metrics.
• Experience using Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce service department processes to maximize customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Grow profitable service labor sales while controlling expenses.
• Attract, mentor, and develop service personnel.
• Coordinate service marketing plans and customer events.
• Oversee warranty and product program claims and ensure proper billing.
