Job summary

The role requires standing on the line with functional equipment and supporting daily operations. You will lead a fast-paced line, supervise breaks and line schedules, develop front-of-house staff, assist with performance reviews, and contribute to office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to speak and understand local language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies.
• Maintain office equipment and order supplies as needed.
