Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused.

You will maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and assist with frontline training, scheduling, and cross-training. You will also support office tasks and supplier coordination as needed.

Qualificações

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment is functioning and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure adequate quantities of supplies.
