Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Lynnfield, MA to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while training the restaurant crew for excellent customer service. The role keeps the line clean and well‑equipped, with hands-on floor duties and support tasks when busy.

You will develop and cross-train front of house staff, assist with performance reviews, and help grow future leaders, including handling some office duties and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and glove change and time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
