Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Monitor line equipment and crew—assist when busy or with tasks as needed.
• Support crew performance, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with administrative duties such as banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
