Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader in Lenoir City, TN to maintain exceptional customer experience while ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the restaurant line and proactive task management when idle.

You will champion food safety, oversee breaks and shift changes, and help develop future Service Leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and shelf life tracking.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
