Job summary

Qualifications
- Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
- Know cash handling policies and procedures.
- Know Food Safety and health department matters.
- Familiarity with office paperwork.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
- Have a high school diploma.
- Have restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
- Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
- Monitor line operations, breaks, shifts, and schedules.
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
- Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
- Handle office duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
