Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Bristol, TN is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience, ensure safe, high-quality food, and train the restaurant crew. This role keeps the line clean, organized, and running smoothly while guiding staff through busy periods.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor food safety, manage breaks and line schedules, and support crew development and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
