Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and support on-the-floor and in-office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include food safety, handling incidents, crew scheduling, and developing front-of-house leaders while maintaining operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Proficient in spoken/written English for work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are in working order.
