Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.

The role involves keeping a clean line, staff scheduling, and assisting with miscellaneous office duties while developing future Service Leaders and supporting food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Restaurant experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents to keep positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and supplies management.
