Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role keeps the line clean, trains the crew, and supports daily operations while clocked in.

You will actively improve service, handle incidents, and support scheduling and cross-training efforts. Successful candidates bring restaurant experience, knowledge of cash handling policies, and a strong understanding of food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, daily safety checklist.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning.
