Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a well-trained crew, maintain a clean line, and monitor equipment and schedules to keep service smooth.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience. You will help with training, scheduling, and office tasks, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiar with food safety standards and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are available and monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
