Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain positive customer experiences by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained staff. The role includes managing a clean line, supervising breaks, training crew, and assisting with office duties.

You will contribute to a high-standard service culture supporting food safety, inventory, and daily operations while growing future leaders within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety checks and glove changes.
• Monitor line timing and shelf life, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Resolve customer incidents and enhance customer experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are well managed.
