Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department compliance.
• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Support crew development and cross-training for front of house.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Contribute to office administration tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and office equipment is functional.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents when needed.
