Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean line, monitoring safety policies, and supporting the team with breaks, schedules, and training.

The Service Leader will resolve issues, assist with office duties, and help develop future leaders while adhering to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and support restaurant crew; assist with crew breaks and schedules.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Assist with office administration tasks and supplies management.
• Develop and coach front-of-house Crew; contribute to future leadership.
