Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained, the line is clean, and daily operations run smoothly.

You will support food safety, monitor line timing, and help coordinate shifts, training, and office tasks while aiming to develop future Service Leaders within a values‑driven, equal‑opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and routine documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with training and development of front‑of‑house Crew.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Help resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Support with cash handling policies and responsible banking activities.
• Contribute to office administration tasks such as paperwork and supplies.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies and proper stock levels.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
