Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while the restaurant crew stays well trained and provides excellent service. The role requires on-your-feet work, task coordination, and leadership to keep the line orderly and policies followed.

Responsibilities include food safety, staff scheduling, cross-training, and supporting office duties.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervising crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with crew performance reviews and advancement of Service Leaders.
• Supporting office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
