You’ll be on your feet, clocked in, and ready to assist with any tasks when not busy.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety, resolving incidents, monitoring line operations, and developing front-of-house staff for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Monitor time and temperature, gloves, and daily food safety checks.
• Handle customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
