Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained with excellent customer service. The role requires standing on the line, staying on task, and assisting with tasks when not busy.

The position emphasizes food safety, crew development, and supporting daily operations while providing guidance to crew and management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and keep office supplies stocked.
