Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Milford, CT is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained, service-oriented crew. The role includes maintaining a clean line, managing breaks and schedules, and supporting administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling and food safety.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
Familiarity with office paperwork.
Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
Help resolve food quality issues.
Support food safety—hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring.
Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
Assist with crew performance reviews.
Develop future Service Leaders.
Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
