Chipotle Mexican Grill in Naugatuck, CT is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive guest experience. You’ll keep the line clean, train crew, and monitor scheduling while stepping in to assist when busy.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and the ability to communicate clearly with the team. Stand and move on your feet, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in restaurant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety protocols (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks).
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies.
