Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, efficient line and support on-shift tasks to keep service smooth.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety standards, addressing customer incidents, coordinating breaks and shift changes, and helping develop front-of-house staff. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Maintain clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
