Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Danbury, CT is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience and safe, quality food on the line. You’ll keep the restaurant clean, train crew, and support operational tasks while clocked in or on breaks.

You’ll bring a high school diploma and restaurant experience, knowledge of cash handling and food safety, and the ability to train and develop front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor and enforce hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature controls.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
