Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Helping to resolve food quality issues
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks
• Helping resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews
• Developing future Service Leaders
• Assisting with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered
