Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Cash handling policies and procedures experience.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Manage on-shift tasks when not busy and assist other staff as needed.
• Support food safety through hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are stocked.
