You will keep a clean line, manage breaks, and assist with scheduling and office tasks. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line and equipment; manage breaks and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Support office administration and inventory as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in order.
