Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires keeping a clean line and properly functioning equipment, and being on your feet during shifts to assist as needed.

You'll lead front-of-house teams, support crew performance reviews, and help develop future Service Leaders while also handling office tasks and cash handling policies. This is an on-site role in Newark, DE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Maintain food safety on the line (time/temp, gloves, cleanliness).
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and cash handling policies.
