Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained to provide excellent service.

The role includes keeping the line clean and organized, ensuring equipment works properly, and stepping in to assist with tasks when not busy. You will supervise schedules, training, and overall crew performance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
