Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and to train a well-prepared restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, efficient line, monitor line equipment, and help drive excellent customer service.

You will also help manage crew performance, scheduling, and office tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with tuition assistance and other benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and stocked with functioning equipment.
• Schedule crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Support office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
