Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and organized.

The role requires leading and training the crew, monitoring line operations, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and available.

Responsibilities

• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet during shifts and contribute to task completion when busy.
