Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. You will maintain a clean, efficient line and support various back-office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety standards, resolving customer issues, and guiding crew performance. Eligible for benefits, tuition assistance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and office supplies.
