Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and leading the restaurant crew. You will keep the line organized, help manage breaks, shifts, and training, and support office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You will develop front-of-house staff, resolve food quality issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in service and safety. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Basic cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records
• Must be able to read, write, speak the primary language of the workplace

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes
• Develop and cross-train Front of House Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders
• Perform miscellaneous office duties such as banking and paperwork
