Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and providing excellent service.

The role requires maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising breaks and shifts, and helping develop and cross-train front-of-house staff. You will also assist with office tasks and contribute to creating future Service Leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered; manage inventory of supplies.
