Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean and equipment functioning, and guide crew through shifts and tasks while maintaining service standards.

You will also develop and train front‑of‑house staff, participate in performance reviews, and support office duties as needed. This role emphasizes food safety and teamwork in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Supervise crew, ensure on‑time breaks and shift changes, and support line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
