Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will lead a clean, organized line and assist with food safety, training, and daily operations.

You will also help resolve customer incidents and monitor breaks, shifts, and schedules while supporting office duties. The role offers tuition assistance, free food, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure office supplies are ordered.
