Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service.

The role requires supervision of line operations, staff coordination, and ongoing training, with opportunities for career advancement and a strong benefits package including tuition assistance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
