Job summary

The Service Leader will support food safety, cash handling policies, and office duties as needed, while contributing to a smooth, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training of front-of-house staff.
• Provide office support such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork as needed.
