Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and assist with tasks when busy.

You will guide front-of-house crew, monitor line schedules, and contribute to ongoing training and performance reviews. This on-site role offers tuition assistance, free food, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Help to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
