The role involves supervising front-of-house crew, monitoring schedules, assisting with performance reviews, and supporting daily office tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred, with benefits including tuition assistance, health coverage, and paid

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with the training of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are ordered.
