Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crews. The role requires staying on feet during shifts and proactively helping with tasks when not busy.

You will help manage food safety, guest incidents, crew breaks and line schedules while supporting training and development of front-of-house staff. This is a hands-on leadership position at the restaurant level.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Ability to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork.
