Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain an outstanding customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and skilled crew. You’ll lead a fast-paced front-of-house, ensure safety standards, and keep operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on training, scheduling, and supporting a strong team, with opportunities for growth as the company expands its mission to serve better food and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiar with food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write basic work language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment; supervise crew on shifts.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support training and development of front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Support office administration duties as needed (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
