Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and outstanding customer service. You’ll train and support crew, maintain a clean line, and manage break and shift activities.

A strong emphasis on food safety and cash handling is expected, with opportunities to mentor future leaders. We value team development, miscellaneous office duties, and ensuring supplies and equipment run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the restaurant line clean, organized, and well staffed with properly functioning equipment.
• supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with tasks when busy.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
