Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.

You will keep the line clean and ensure proper functioning equipment, stepping in to help during busy periods. The role involves supervising crew performance, coordinating breaks and shifts, and assisting with front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks and scheduling, and assist with training and development
• Resolve customer incidents and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
