Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll monitor the line, keep equipment operational, and help guide daily restaurant operations.

Key duties include enforcing food safety standards, addressing customer issues, coordinating crew breaks and shifts, and assisting with back-office duties such as ordering supplies and handling cash according to policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations.
• Experience handling cash and cash registers.
• Experience working in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor line time and temperature for food safety.
• Assist with crew breaks and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and supplies.
