Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

You’ll keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment, supervise crew breaks, shifts, and training, and support office tasks as needed, contributing to a positive, efficient dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
