Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and delivering great service. The role requires standing on the line, managing tasks, and stepping in to assist when not busy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Maintain clean, organized line and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and manage supplies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
