Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, training the crew, and stepping in on tasks when not busy.

You will help ensure food safety, resolve incidents, and support shift schedules while developing front-of-house talent and handling occasional office duties. Join a values-driven, people-first team focused on quality and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety across hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment runs smoothly and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available.
