Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while keeping the line clean and equipment functional. You will help train the front-of-house crew and support daily operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include monitoring shifts, assisting with crew performance, and developing future Service Leaders, along with light office duties and cash handling as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support with office administration duties and banking/cash handling as needed.
