Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a trained crew. You’ll manage line operations, monitor breaks and schedules, and support front-of-house development.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and strong communication skills to uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, timing, shelf lives, and daily checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are stocked.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
